If IE fix the bug and allow pseudo-element styles to override rather than compound, the hack gets overridden like every other browser.

There are a bunch of styling issues that are causing OA2 sites to look bad on non modern browsers like IE9. Thanks to @banoodle for documenting how to address the display issues with IE browsers.
