I can go to Exchange Online fine, but OneDrive and SharePoint both just sit there spinning. Email Password Log In Forgot your password? Not the exact image I was getting, but very close. However, if that was allowed to connect and showed you the state of that user from the host's perspective that would be more detail you could add to your symptom description.
