Hi, Please remove the charger and battery from the laptop, then reconnect only the charger (without battery) and turn on and check. Forget all that.
I was going to test the bootup, and when i push power, no light turns on. When i plugged it in a 3rd time, after about a minute, the power led blinked for 1 second, then the Charge light was orange, but i didnt test the bootup It did that when i plugged it out.
